What a year
to be grateful for! We had the
opportunity to get more people on the water paddling, to get more people strengthening
& stretching with HOT Yoga, to get more people FIT and SMILING. We were able to get more involved with the local
community and host a SUP race that benefitted local charities. We were able to
host some birthday parties, Girls gatherings and Kids SUP clinics.
It has been a
wonderful privilege to touch so many lives through fitness and to see SUP
growing.

We are kicking off the year with a
Women’s Wellness Seminar on January 7th 6:30pm
at the Red Door Community Center, 3rd
St in OC and hope you can join us.
